To take the MBTI (or other tests we may have discussed), I simply need to register your name and email address, and will then send you a link to the testing site. No need to worry about getting email from the site - this is all confidential. You'll be asked to create a user name and password to log in, which I think is overkill, but still... that's what the test publishers require!
When taking the MBTI you may feel torn between two answers, both of which are "you", depending on the circumstances. Try to answer according to what you would prefer on a day off, when there are no particular expectations or pressures on you (if you can imagine such a day!). Also you may think you are encountering the exact same question more than once, but there are subtle differences. Don't worry about whether or not you are being consistent with your last answer - the test measures some pretty small variations this way.
Finally, be aware that the MBTI is not a diagnostic instrument. Instead, it is a descriptive tool for identifying patterns of preference in your personality - there are no "good" or "bad" scores.
